  I implore you to avoid using this attorney's services. My case was a divorce without minor children that she allowed to drag on for over 2 years, all the while making false claims as to what I could obtain in my divorce - no doubt to rack up legal fees. When my case eventually reached a final hearing, this attorney (who had the very same facts regarding marital debt that I had given her over 2 years prior), then advised me to settle for next to nothing. When I asked her how much my final bill would be (in hopes to at least break even with the settlement), she assured me that she would hold off on the final bill until she filed a motion to collect attorney's fees from the opposition. She did NOT file this motion. Instead, she opted to file a lien against my settlement and took the entire check. She must have "forgotten" to return my phone calls and correspondence when I tried to contact her asking her why she did not honor the agreement she made to me on the day of court. As if that weren't bad enough, she somehow neglected to re-file the paperwork extending my protective order. Instead of telling the truth about this, she claimed that "it just disappeared" and blamed the courts.
